CHACOK delivers the following shipping zones:
ZONE 1: France, Corsica, Belgium, Monaco
Standard 3 -5 day delivery : FREE
ZONE 2: Austria, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Standard 3 -5 day delivery : FREE
ZONE 3: Andorra, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland.
Standard 5 -7 day delivery : 18€
OTHER ZONE : delivery on demand by email at email@example.com
If you order on Saturday, your order will be sent on the following Monday.
On the payment page, you are able to choose the delivery type.
The prices above include shipping, logistic fees and packaging.
A confirmation email will indicate the total amount and the tracking information.
For health issue, earrings cannot be returned.

RETURNS & REFUND
Upon receipt of your products, you have 14 business days to return your products in order to ask for an exchange or a refund.
How to exchange my product?
You can exchange a product with the same reference for another colour or size while stocks last.
As soon as we receive the product to be exchanged, you will receive the "credit slip" (which acknowledge the product return) and a 2nd order will be created with the new product. We will send you the new product within 14 days after receiving the product to be exchanged.
One exchange is possible. We do not accept an exchange on the 2nd order corresponding to the 1rst exchange.
How to receive my refund ?
As soon as we receive your product, you will receive the "credit slip" (which acknowledge the product return) and we will make the refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
France: Free return on request
Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive your return voucher.
ZONE 1 (except France) : Return at the customer's expense, you will receive by email the address to send back your parcel.
ZONE 2: Return at the customer's expense, you will receive by email the address to send back your parcel.
ZONE 3: Return at the customer's expense, you will receive by email the address to send back your parcel.
Here are the steps for the exchange or the refund of your order:
- - Log in to your CHACOK account
- - Click on "My returns" in order to ask for a return
- - Write the motive: either a refund (mention the product) or an exchange (mention the product and the size)
- - A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon receipt, send your package to the address given by the Customer Service.
In the case of a partial return of your order, the shipping fees will ne be refunded.
These fees can only be refunded in the case of the return of non-compliant products (wrong reference, dammaged product, etc.).

- Choose your type of card, then you will be redirected to our partner PAYBOX secured page
- The installments are indicated, add you bank information
How th payment stagger ?
1rst installment : when ordering
Is it possible to ask for a refund with the payment in 2 or 3 installments ?
The withdrawal period is of 14 days after receiving your order (loi n°2010-737 du 1er juillet 2010 relative à la réforme du crédit à la consommation).
For a refund of the total amount of the order :
The refund amount corresponds to the amount of your order.
As soon as we receive your order back, we will refund you the first installment and cancel the following ones according to a payment in 2 or 3 installments.
For a refund of a partial amount of the order :
The amount of the refund is lower than the amount of the order.
As soon as we receive your order back, we will inform you about it and let your payment run in 2 or 3 installments. Your refund will be made at the last installment.
The secured payment in several installments obligates to pay the total amount of your order written on your invoice.
To obtain your invoice:
- Log in to your CHACOK account
- Clic on "Order history"
- Download the invoice corresponding to the order you are searching for
- A Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of the bust.
- B Waist measurement is taken on the hollowest part between the chest and the hips.
- C Hip measurement is taken on the fullest part of the buttocks.
- D Leg length is taken from natural waistline to the ground.
- E Sleeve length is taken from prominent neck vertebrae across shoulder to wrist
Measurements must be taken with a tape measure to take into account the freedom of movement in the clothe.
